Turning a Home for Sale into a Cream PuffI worked with Amy to prepare an Oakland home for sale.  It was a 3bd/2ba 1,600 sq. ft. house perfect for a small family. Amy had the vision to remodel both bathrooms with clean lines and modern fixtures.  She refreshed the kitchen by preserving the cabinets, adding new countertops and backsplash tile and new plumbing fixtures.  Amy is an excellent project manager who works directly with the contractor and other trades to get the job done. She has an eye for detail and understands how to make a home sparkle while respecting the budget. The house sold pre-market for a great price because it was completely move in ready. Or as we call it in the business -- a creampuff!
