The Process

The Cultured Palate Interior Design group offers a complimentary 30-minute consultation to get to know one another and review the scope of your remodel project.  We will discuss your ideas and provide a few suggestions to get you thinking about what you want.  It’s ideal if all of the clients who are decision-makers participate in our initial meeting to avoid confusion and see if we are a fit.

  • Discovery Call: 15 minute phone call to learn more about the client’s project and see if it appears to be a fit.
  • Complimentary On-Site: If the discovery leads us to determine the project is in TCP’s scope and availability, 30-minute on-site meeting.
  • Scope of Work: Written document defining the scope of work from project management to selecting finishes to completion of the project.
  • Signed Contract: All parties involved in making decisions and payment will be required to sign a detailed contract.
