Creating a Luxurious Primary Bath
The original primary bath wasn’t fit for sharing! It consisted of a small shower, pedestal sink and toilet. TCP expanded the primary bedroom into the adjacent bedroom allowing us to create a very large, very luxurious bath. We enclosed the toilet and kept it in place offering privacy – and turned the tiny former sink and shower area into the owners’ walk-in closet. By opening up the shared wall between the primary bedroom’s hallway and the former extra bedroom, we allowed for easy access between the two spaces via an interior doorway. All of this was done without touching any exterior walls.
