Expanding and Updating a Commercial Office Space

TCP transitioned a traditional family-owned financial services double office suite into a clean, modern environment better reflecting the second-generation leadership of the business. We connected the two separate office condominiums by creating an opening between the areas which allowed for excellent flow among the staff, the advisors and the clients. We built three new offices, an employee breakroom and updated the bathrooms.

TCP helped enhance the workflow and needs of the team by updating the offices with a modern, sophisticated vibe including local art. We did this by:

Removing outdated carpet, replacing it with sophisticated flooring
Replacing old cubicles and reception desk with functional and attractive work spaces
Building three new offices providing privacy for the finance team
Installing an open and welcoming seating area for clients
Creating a much-needed employee break area complete with refrigerator, sink and common dining table
